APE Investments (All Positive Energy) is a real estate company founded by Kelvin Jones that strives to improve communities in transformative ways. The company’s axiom is to operate and function with positive spirits on a daily basis.

Our goal is to acquire distressed, outdated, undervalued and/or mismanaged properties with the intention of adding value through renovations and operational efficiencies that improve the community and economy. Currently we have partnered with other organizations to provide homes for military veteran families and transitional living for at-risk young adults.

A God-fearing man, CEO Kelvin Jones is an educator, musician, and entrepreneur/real estate investor. He has taught public schools at the middle, high school, and university levels in Mississippi and Louisiana spanning nearly two decades. His recent ‘claim to fame’ was his time as a college professor leading the award-winning and GRAMMY-nominated marching band at Louisiana State University, The Golden Band from Tigerland. Jones’ ultimate goal is to improve communities and build a positive legacy for his family.
